We 'earn our keep' by photographing guests and selling the photos to them. This means that we have to be great at doing it so that we can pay our mortgage !

Here's what to do...

1. Once you have decided on your date, then please make contact with us right away. Prom season is very busy for us, and we'd hate to not be able to cover your prom due to a prior booking.

2. Once booked, you will receive an information pack from us in the post. This includes the following :

• Confirmation of the booking, with details of our arrival time, the venue details etc.

• Your free photo vouchers. As the organiser of the event we send you five vouchers entitling you to free photos on the night. It's our way of saying thank you for booking us.

• Discount vouchers for each of your guests. On the evening, photographs are priced at £10 each, or 3 for £25. However, we will send you a voucher for each of your guests entitling them to a 20% discount on the evening if they bring the voucher with them.

• Advertising posters that can be used to promote your prom and help you with ticket sales.

3. You can then sleep soundly knowing that it's one less thing to worry about !!

Once you've made a confirmed booking for us to attend your prom, simply send us your details and how many tickets you require, and we will print your prom tickets for you free of charge !

As an alternative...

Prepaid prom tickets - raise money for your favourite charity !!

Last year we trialed this system and it proved to be hugely successful, raising large sums for schools and charities.

How it works is this...

We will supply you with prepaid photo tickets. This entitles the ticket holder to one photo per ticket purchased.

For every ticket that you sell, you pay NakPhotography £7.50. Those tickets that you dont sell you simply return to us before the prom. Some schools sell the tickets separately, others include the tickets in the cost of the prom tickets.

You may however sell the tickets to your guests at up to £10 each, and you keep the difference for your school or charity.

For example, if you have 150 guests at your prom, and you sell (say) 100 photo tickets at £10, then you will raise £250 for your school or favourite charity.

Aside from making a nice donation to your school or charity, it ensures that the guests will all have a lasting memento of their evening, and they wont have to bring any extra cash to pay for photos on the night.
