You can book Nakphotography to attend your school prom free of charge.

We 'earn our keep' by photographing guests and selling the photos. This means that we have to be great at doing it so that we can pay our mortgage !

Here's what to do...

1. Once you have decided on your date, then please make contact with us right away. Prom season is very busy for us, and we'd hate to not be able to cover your prom due to a prior booking.

2. Once booked, you will receive an information pack from us in the post. This includes the following :

• Confirmation of the booking, with details of our arrival time, the venue details etc.

• Your free photo vouchers. As the organiser of the event we send you three vouchers entitling you to free photos on the night. It's our way of saying thank you for booking us.

• Advertising posters that can be used to promote your prom and help you with ticket sales.

• Your Prom tickets - we print them free of charge as part of our service to you.

We will print your prom tickets - free of charge.

Simply send us your design or just the details of the event and we'll design it for you.

We'll then professionally print and emboss a ticket for every guest attending your prom and send them to you for distribution at no charge.

You wont find a more professional looking ticket at any printers - and it's free as part of the package for our school proms.

3. You can then sleep soundly knowing that it's one less thing to worry about !!

As an alternative...

Prepaid prom tickets

Save money and prevent the need for guests to bring extra cash on the evening.

How it works is this...

As a committee or school you can organise prepayment of photos.

Some schools sell the photo tickets separately, others include the photos in the cost of the prom ticket.

Prepaid photos are charged at a discounted rate of £7.50 each or 3 for £20.

You collect the money in advance and supply us with a cheque on the evening of the prom for the number you have presold. We then issue you with the appropriate number of credit card type tokens which you then distribute to guests and which are in turn exchanged for the photographs.

This system works very well as it offers a 25% discount and means that guests don’t need to carry cash with them on the evening, although we do also accept all major credit and debit cards. Guests that dont take advantage of this scheme may still purchase photos on the evening priced at £10 each or 3 for £25.
